Our Story
The Beginning
11cowork was founded with a simple idea: office spaces should serve businesses, not limit them. What began as a response to Pune’s growing demand for flexible workspaces quickly evolved into a mission to create smarter, more adaptable coworking solutions.
First Flagship Location
Our first operational center in Pimple Saudagar launched with 108 seats. This flagship location became the proving ground for our model, helping us understand: How members use workspaces, How to optimize layouts, How to scale operations efficiently It became the blueprint for everything that followed.
Strengthening Our Presence
We expanded to Wakad with the launch of White Square, placing 11cowork at the heart of Pune’s IT and business corridor. This phase confirmed demand for: Managed offices, Enterprise-grade infrastructure, Location-driven workspace solutions
Scaling Through Partnerships
New locations in Aundh and Hinjewadi marked our shift toward a franchise and partnership-led expansion. This proved that 11cowork was no longer just a workspace — it had become a scalable platform.
A New Growth Phase
The launch of Aundh 2 (MSquare) with over 10,000 sq. ft. and up to 600 seats marked our entry into large-scale enterprise workspace delivery. This location supports: High-density teams, Long-term office deployments, Enterprise operations

Co-Founder
A Civil Engineer from Ohio State University, Krish identified the rising need for flexible, professionally managed office spaces in Pune. In 2019, he launched 11cowork with a vision to build workspaces that scale with businesses.
Pratyush
Co-Founder
A Marketing graduate from SCMS Pune, Pratyush leads branding, marketing, and sales. He has guided 11cowork’s customer growth, partnerships, and expansion strategy since day one.
